SCHOLARSHIP

Qualifications for HEART Medical Scholarship are as followed:

*Must be a resident of franklin county OH

*Must be in senior year of high school 

*Maintain a 3.0 GPA

*Adequate attendance 

*Show a financial need

*1000 word or more essay heart related topic  

*20 hours volunteer work with HEART 

scholarship awards range from $200-$1.000 

3 awards will be distributed per school year.
